We are located in rural New Marlborough Massachusetts, just minutes away from Ski Butternut, The Norman Rockwell Museum, Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center, Tanglewood and the esoteric shops and restaurants of Great Barrington, Massachusetts.

From Stockbridge, Lenox and Great Barrington:

Take route 7 south towards Great Barrington. At first traffic light, Price Chopper and McDonald's will be on your left. At second traffic light take a left onto Route 23 toward Ski Butternut. The ski area will be on the right at the top of the hill. Take a right onto Lake Buel Road. Go 2.7 miles to the fork in the road, then bear right. Go .5 miles and take a right onto Knight Road.

From CT and Sheffield:

Take Route 7 noth toward Great Barrington. After seeing Guido's Marketplace and the Big Y on your left, at the fifth traffic light bear right over the bridge. At the next traffic light follow Route 23 toward Ski Butternut. The ski area will be on the right at the top of the hill. Take a right onto Lake Buel Road. Go 2.7 miles to the fork in the road, then bear right. Go .5 miles and take a right onto Knight Road.
