Send the returned product to us at the address on the invoice, appropriately packaged and shipping prepaid. Include the invoice indicating which item you are returning (e.g. by circling it) and an explanation of why you are returning it. For refunds, the credit card used for the original purchase will be credited in the amount of the product sale. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your bill. Following the wine trade tradition, all bottles ten years or older are purchased at the buyer's risk.
